The numbers show it was a banner year. All indications are that this year will be the same. 2006 started off exactly how 2005 left off.

As we see some real estate markets slow down in other parts of the country, it's encouraging to know that our market is not only healthy, but remains quite vibrant.

We've seen 15%, we've seen 11%, we've seen such high levels of appreciation. The market cannot sustain that.
